Transamericaservice.com unable to grant money back to account owner
Thursday, December 10th, 2009A person opened Annuity account for investment with Transamericaservice.com but now unable to get the money back. The account owner with Transamericaservice.com has been customer since 1991; company employee(s) providing personal information to 3rd parties with none governmental (law officer) causing of some dangerous to the account holder and family members. When the customer requested to closed and send the full money, the company denied to its customer for no good reason.
The company did not respond our letter requesting why their costumer would be mistreated.
The individual account owner is now searching for best lawyer to sue the company with some potential punitive damage and privacy violating.
