Beware of paying cash does not mean a terrorist. All Africans pay cash and is not part if option for travelers and cannot assume that associate with any terrorist party.

There are no Alternative payment like in the west, credit card payments are rare in Africa not all business except credit card if they do they may add 20% additional fee may be visa/master card or any credit card issuer are not fan of African business. Even from The USA, I have to pay with cash to travel to Africa when I buy direct from state owned airlines.

A person opened Annuity account for investment with Transamericaservice.com but now unable to get the money back. The account owner with Transamericaservice.com has been customer since 1991; company employee(s) providing personal information to 3^rd parties with none governmental (law officer) causing of some dangerous to the account holder and family members. When the customer requested to closed and send the full money, the company denied to its customer for no good reason.

The company did not respond our letter requesting why their costumer would be mistreated.

The individual account owner is now searching for best lawyer to sue the company with some potential punitive damage and privacy violating.
