Job DESCRIPTION: 
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support (part-time bases) to Asmara and other cities in Eritrea. 
· Perform general support services including typing, filing, photocopying, faxing and Emailing. 
· Responsible for financial payables, receivables, and reimbursements. 
· Maintain adequate supplies and information materials 
· Sort and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail 
· Make deliveries and run errands as needed 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
· Effective communication and organizational skills 
· Sound judgment and discretion in working with highly sensitive and confidential information 
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, pdf, and email 
· Familiarity with computer and Internet use.
